Description: 33 x 1 bedroom, 73x 2 bedroom, 21 x 3 bedroom
New plans: Modification deferred June, 2009  184 apartments + other modifications
Description: 70 x 1 bedroom, 92 x 2 bedroom, 22 x 3 bedroom
Current status: Modification deferred for legal advice, a site inspection and consultations between community representatives/council and the developers.
Following the meetings that were held, the application for modification was withdrawn at the request of the applicant in August, 2009.
Our concern with the modifications include: additional 57 units;  solar access provision is inadequate, where it previously complied with the requirements  (only 67% of units achieving minimum solar access, where 75% min. are required to comply);  many single aspect apartments, also southerly aspect (an increase from 7 apartments to 31 apartments);  environmental sustainability of complex in view of above mentioned issues -lights, heating, views!
