Our concerns include: we believe that building in the shopping centres should be mostly retail/offices. Any residential development should be minimal, with the emphasis  being ‘commercial’ in the business zone. This building will exceed council’s height limits, and will dominate the historical Church alongside. The Church would be surrounded by two 7-8 storey buildings.
