Voted against: Crs Judy Jones and Erica Hockley (RAGAA)

Our concerns include: development in Berala is restricted to 3 storeys; exceeds floor space ratio, development dominates street, overdevelopment of the site; recommended for refusal by town planners

View of units from Berala hotel carpark. The little bits of green you see are actually LANDSCAPED areas.
Rear view of development from across railway line. Development in Berala was supposed to be limited to 3 storeys...this shows how much this development dominates the views.

Another angle. It is hard to imagine where the residents play or relax, when one considers that they are next to a large carpark and at a busy roundabout.
