Our concerns include: height of buildings, when adjoining 2a (single housing) is limited to 3 storeys; severe overshadowing of 2 houses in Bernard St, lack of parking, both for commercial and residential, loss of views and breezes to adjoining house, exceedence of floor space ratio; significant number of undersized units (16/41)...out of character with surrounding residential development
