Our concerns include: Gross DCP non-compliances, including an excessive ratio of residential to commercial; excessive height, excessive floor space ratio; a large proportion of under-sized units; failure of applicant to provide an adequate mix of apartment types.

Additional Comment: Oct, 2010.
After new application (DA240/10), an additional 2 storeys, 14 units, have been approved. DA241/10 was recommended for refusal by Council planning staff due to various reasons, including unacceptable amenity impacts.
