Our concerns include: Height is outside approved limits; 42 of the units are 2 x bedroom (no housing mix); despite extra development, commercial floor area is only 530 sq metres, replacing approx. 860 sq metres; residential waste will be collected by kerbside collection from 240 litre bins, rather than basement collection or 660 litre bins.
