Our concerns include: Height is outside approved limits; 42 of the units are 2 x bedroom (no housing mix); despite extra development, commercial floor area is only 530 sq metres, replacing approx. 860 sq metres; residential waste will be collected by kerbside collection from 240 litre bins, rather than basement collection or 660 litre bins. Voted For: Crs Curtin, Campbell, Zraika, Cassidy (Labor), Lam and Au (Unity), Oueik and Zreika (Liberal), Michaels (Greens) and Batik (No Dump) Moved for a Reduction of 1 storey: Crs Victor Korabelnikoff & Irene Simms (RAGAA)
