Our concerns include: Exceeds the no. of floors allowed (3); height is 14 metres, where 9 metres is maximum allowed; well outside building height plane; floor space ratio (FSR) is 1.53:1`, should be no more than 1.2:1 ( results in extra floor space of nearly 2000 sq metres); applicants claim that development is in Lidcombe commercial centre.

Voted for: Crs Pat Curtin, Chris Cassidy and Robert Murray (Labor): Crs Mohamed Saddick and Bala Balendra (Independent): Cr Le Lam (Unity) and Cr Michael Tadros (Liberal)

Voted Against: Cr Irene Simms (RAGAA) and Cr Kim Appleby (Independent)
Absent from meeting: Cr Barbara Perry, Cr Minh Hua and Cr Michael Ghamraoui
