Comment: We are supportive of this new proposal as a more suitable development for this site.

Description: Mixed use development 7 storeys at Harrow Rd and 5 storeys behind ); 51 units and 517 sq metres commercial.

Our concerns include: heritage ambulance station adjacent (2 storeys); height is outside approved limits; impact on new 3 storey flats alongside.. whether this development is 'in public interest'. Even Auburn Central, where it adjoins the ambulance station is only 6 storeys; very small amount of commercial development. Outside Draft Urban Town Centre Design Study height guidelines.

Voted For: Crs Curtin, Murray and Cassidy (Labor), Saddick & Balendra (Ind), Lam and Hua (Unity) and Tadros and Ghamraoui (Liberal)

Voted Against: (at this height and density) Cr Irene Simms (RAGAA)
