Note: This application (with variations) was approved by the Land & Environment Court, after a 'deemed refusal' appeal by the applicant, although unauthorised building works were also acknowledged by the court.

Our concerns include: The development presents with such height and bulk, that it is totally out of character with other residential development in the vicinity and is not in the public interest.
