Description: 9 unit development (2 buildings).
Our concerns include: Significant and many non-compliances with Flat Development Control Plan. Buildings, which will be built from boundary to boundary will have significant adverse consequences for adjoining developments, particularly with regard to loss of sunlight. Several tenants of adjoining boarding house will face a 3 storey wall which is only 2 metres from their only window. Problems are caused as lot is almost 10m narrower than minimum frontage required by DCP, and is undersized. Other non-compliances include lack of deep-soil planting area and underprovision of car parking.
