Moved to defer to reduce height and floor space ratio to comply with DCP:

Our concerns include: Model for this DA suggested a 5 storey block of
flats, reducing to 3 storeys away from corner. DCP allowed 3 storeys only in
2c area. Architect for applicant suggests this is a 'transition block', same
grounds used to justify 6 storey opposite Council building (which was
considered to be ‘exceptional circumstances’) Floor space ratio almost 50%
above that allowed; potential traffic problems. |
